It is with great excitement to announce that Power Construction (Pty) Ltd, being the Civil Engineering Contractor for the St Helena Views Developments, has commenced from February 2009 with construction and the installation of the services.
The first transfers of St Helena Views phase 3A (beach front section) has taken place during October 2009 and the installation of the services in phase 3B (above beach front section) has now been completed. The registration of the remainder of the phases will continue in batches until November 2010.

Power Construction (Pty) Ltd, being the Civil Engineering Contractor for the St Helena Views Development, has now reached 50% of the target for the installation of the services.
The transfer of phase 3A and 3B has taken place and the remainder of the phases will be registered in the different time lines ending November 2010.
Our transferring attorneys, Pohl & Stuhlinger and our Bond registering attorneys, Malherbe Hanekom Incorporated, will be in touch with you after the expected completing date for the services of the phase where you have purchased to obtain the necessary information / documents to transfer the property in your name, which will include the signing of the transfer documentation.
