The investor not only benefits from 30 days of full owners usage rights of the hotel & all facilities, but also partakes in the profit share of the rental pool management company (managed by Shelley Point World Resorts).
Although rated as a 4 Star, the target is to have a 5 Star service-orientated development.
The hotel will have its own “Beach Club”, which is situated right on the beach, a short distance away. The Hotel will provide a frequent shuttle service to the Beach club. This project is due for completion before the 2010 FIFA Worldcup.

Choose between a tastefully decorated and spacious Studio Apartment or Mezzanine Apartment with loft bedroom. All apartments enjoy the privacy, space and confort of a lounge, kitchenette and designer bathroom.

NON-FINANCIAL REWARDS
The investor will be entitled to use his/her suite for 30 nights per calendar year, either personally or through any invitee, provided that:
- The Investor gives at least 120 days prior notice to any period for which the apartment may be required. (Every effort will be made to accommodate owners when booking at shorter notice – subject to availability.)
- The operator of the hotel will endeavour to accommodate the Investor or invitee in the apartment if it is available, failing which, in another unit.
The investor will have this benefit at very special “owners” rates.
